Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the quality management system.
  • Ensure compliance with IATF and customer-specific requirements.
  • Lead quality initiatives across stamping and manufacturing operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Manage internal and external audits related to Quality standards.
  • Support new product launches and process changes from a quality perspective.
  • Other duties as assigned
