The role emphasizes coordinating with consultants, managing schedules, and mentoring team members to ensure design quality. The position requires a professional architectural degree, active US registration, and strong Revit skills, with experience in housing, higher education, or interior fit-out work.

Qualifications

• Professional architectural degree and active registration as an Architect or Interior Designer.
• Strong proficiency in Revit for design and documentation.
• Project experience in housing, higher education, or interior fit-out work.
• Demonstrated design orientation with the ability to translate concepts into clear, buildable solutions.
• Professional certification such as LEED AP, CSI, or similar is strongly preferred.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.

Role overview

In this role you will guide the design and documentation of architectural projects, ensuring that the work reflects a clear concept, meets client expectations, and is technically sound. You will collaborate with internal teams and external consultants, help manage schedules and budgets with the project manager, and contribute to design reviews and quality control.
