What will you be doing in the restaurant?
  • Inspire and support your team to provide excellent service, ensuring customer satisfaction and community impact.
  • Generate weekly schedules to maintain adequate capacity and provide a positive experience.
  • Foster a welcoming family culture through coaching, disciplinary measures, and hiring the right fit.
  • Oversee inventory and ordering to maintain product availability.
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety by adhering to maintenance and food safety guidelines.
  • Support your team in handling various situations and resolving customer issues effectively.
  • Execute marketing plans to encourage repeat visits.
  • Review financial statements and progress with the District Manager, taking necessary actions.
  • Build positive relationships with customers and coworkers.
  • Have fun!
Requirements
  • Desire to grow personally and professionally, with strong relationship skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and prepare food.
  • Drive, punctuality, and responsibility in scheduled shifts.
  • 3-5 years of leadership experience in a restaurant or equivalent education.
  • Valid driver's license and insurance.
  • Flexible working hours and ability to work independently and with diverse personalities.
  • Satisfactory background check and at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
