Your Role :

As an Insurance Market Growth Consultant, you will develop relationships with our P&C Insurance distribution partners to drive profitable growth. Success will be measured by new business production and agent engagement. You will also develop and conduct sales training and incentives, collaborate with sales leadership, and promote the adoption of our insurance products and services.

2. 5+ years of outside B2B sales experience or experience in property and casualty insurance sales, product management, or related roles
3. Frequent travel, up to half the time
4. Same skills as above (relationship management, interpersonal skills, sales results, data analysis, change management, collaboration, coaching, independence)
