Operational Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire restaurant operation.
- Hire, motivate, and retain staff.
- Complete all administrative tasks and reports.
- Manage MIT (Managers in Training).
- Ensure safety and sanitation standards.
- Understand and analyze P&L statements.
- Supervise staff performance and conduct employee evaluations.
- Handle employee terminations as needed.
- Train new employees.
- Implement restaurant marketing strategies (community and B2B).
- Manage cash outs and bank deposits.
- Monitor operating expenses.
- Order and monitor inventory levels.
- Perform various tasks as required.
- Provide excellent guest service and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Lead by example.
- Write staff schedules.
- Conduct inventories and compile P&L statements (as applicable).
- Prepare payroll and authorize payments (as applicable).
