The role and its responsibilities:
Our client is responsible for executing company strategies aligned with Group objectives, including pricing, product mix, and optimal use of production resources. The General Manager provides overall leadership and governance of the organization, overseeing business planning, operations, and performance, while leading strategic transformation initiatives to strengthen competitiveness, scalability, and long‑term growth.
Operationally, the position defines and oversees the manufacturing strategy, including production portfolio and localization, ensuring alignment with quality, cost, and delivery objectives. Responsibilities include driving operational efficiency, continuous improvement, and ensuring procurement and supply chain processes comply with Group strategies and policies.
The role also drives the customer service strategy in collaboration with the North America Customer Service Hub. This includes Research & Development initiatives to drive continuous improvement of existing products, support of new product development, oversight of non‑standard engineering requests, and management of the global product database, while promoting standardization and efficient prioritization of non‑standard products.
The G.M. will oversee financial, administrative, and fiscal activities in coordination with the Group Americas Finance, along with monitoring and reporting consolidated financial and operational performance.
From a commercial perspective, the role drives site‑level sales and marketing strategy in close collaboration with the central commercial sales organization.
Finally, the role ensures alignment with Coesia’s HR strategy and North America policies, fostering a high‑performance, inclusive, and safety‑focused culture that supports employee engagement, leadership development, and long‑term organizational success.
