Job summary

Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers in Macon, GA is seeking a General Manager to lead store operations, uphold Freddy's standards, and drive guest satisfaction. You will oversee team training, scheduling, and daily performance on the shop floor.

The role requires hands-on leadership, cost control, vendor relations, and a commitment to hospitality. You will mentor staff, manage labor costs, and ensure cleanliness and operational excellence across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and walk 10 hours/day.
• Ability to reach, bend, lift, carry and stoop.
• Ability to access all areas of the restaurant.
• Ability to handle items weighing up to 75 lbs.
• Willingness to work varied hours/days to oversee store operations.
• Hazards include cuts, slips, tripping, falls and burns.

The General Manager is the highest level of management within the store. General Managers are responsible for assisting management in the overall efficiency and technical operations of the restaurant. General Managers maintain proper execution of product, training, and refinement of staff, control labor costs, build relationships with guests, handle guest issues and are a model of hospitality.
