• Drive revenue growth and review room inventory to maximize total room revenue.
• Inspect rooms and the property daily to uphold cleanliness, maintenance, and safety standards.
• Resolve guest-related issues promptly and professionally to consistently exceed guest expectations.
• Conduct daily/weekly staff meetings to maintain clear communication across all departments.

Compensation Package:

$85,000–$95,000 (Commensurate with experience) + Health Insurance, 401(k) with match, & PTO!

Relocation expenses will be provided on a case-by-case basis.

Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years of hotel general management experience.
• Proven track record of success in hotel management leadership roles, with strong ability to manage, motivate, and direct staff.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations, guest services, financial management, labor costs, and property-level expenses.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills with an enthusiastic, outgoing personality.
• Knowledge of hotel technical and maintenance aspects with a keen eye for detail and quality standards.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends based on occupancy and special events.
