Jersey Mike’s Subs in the United States is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our restaurant team, maintain high standards, and deliver an outstanding guest experience.

As GM you’ll supervise operations, coach staff, manage scheduling, monitor costs, and drive sales, all while upholding food safety and company standards. Compensation is competitive and includes training and advancement opportunities.

Jersey Mike’s Subs is looking for an experienced, energetic General Manager to lead our restaurant team and help deliver an outstanding experience for every customer.

As General Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the store, developing your team, maintaining high standards, and driving sales and profitability. We’re looking for a hands-on leader who takes pride in great food, great service, and a great workplace.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing restaurant team
• Oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service
• Maintain Jersey Mike’s standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety
• Manage scheduling, staffing, training, and performance
• Monitor sales, labor, inventory, and operating costs
• Help drive sales and achieve store goals
• Create a positive, accountable, team-oriented work environment
• Lead by example and jump in wherever needed
