Jersey Mike's Subs is looking for Managers. The Jersey Mike's tradition focuses on community and personal development of our people, with a culture of giving and local involvement.

Jersey Mike's Subs restaurants are independently owned and operated by franchisees who decide wage and benefit programs. As a Manager, you will oversee store operations, lead the team, manage schedules, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to strategic planning with the franchisee.

Qualifications

• Education: High school degree or equivalent.
• 2 Year QSR experience preferred.
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Store sales, volume, quality of service, customer satisfaction, profit margins.
• Create employee schedule.
• Place inventory orders.
• Lead employee training and participate in management team meetings.

Qualifications for the job:
