Job summary

The Little Beet in Jersey City is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, uphold brand standards, and drive exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee opening, service, closing procedures, and ensure a clean, safe, welcoming environment.

You will manage labor within budget, forecast P&L, control COGs, recruit and develop team, and partner with corporate to execute business strategies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of GM experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Experience with P&L budgeting and forecasting is preferred.
