Job summary

Convive Brands is seeking a General Manager for our Los Angeles location. You will lead the restaurant with a focus on people, hospitality, and business performance, setting the tone for culture and standards.

You will own guest experience, team development, and financial performance, building a high-performing team and driving profitability across operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of General Manager experience in a full-service restaurant.
  • Experience with people, operational, and financial ownership.
  • Proven ability to recruit, develop, coach, and retain teams.
  • P&L ownership, forecasting, labor, COGS, inventory.
  • Stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Spanish, French, and/or Arabic is a plus.
