The Restaurant General Manager (RGM) is responsible for managing daily operations of a single restaurant (10-45 employees), ensuring guest satisfaction and achieving desired outcomes such as increased sales, profitability, and employee retention. The RGM leads the management team and oversees financial controls, operations, people development, guest service, and compliance across all shifts. This role requires working long and irregular shifts as needed. The position reports to a District Manager (DM) and manages Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant Managers. The RGM interacts with restaurant staff, management, customers, field operations, and vendors.
