Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant and ensure it meets McDonald's critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.

Compensation & Employment

Pay rate is $50k – $65k for certified General Managers. This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald's Corporation or McDonald's USA, LLC. The independent franchisee is solely responsible for all employment related matters, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing and scheduling. If hired, the independent franchisee will be your employer.
