We provide pressure washing, window cleaning, and gutter cleaning services and are looking for a leader who can manage daily operations, develop team members, improve performance, and help scale the company. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, and knows how to balance people, operations, customer experience, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day business operations
• Lead, coach, and hold team members accountable
• Improve processes, systems, and overall efficiency
• Monitor and drive key performance indicators, revenue, and profitability
• Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction
• Manage scheduling, workflow, and production performance
• Recruit, train, and retain strong team members
