The role requires experienced leadership in hotel management, strong communication skills, and the ability to optimize revenues across rooms and F&B. Compensation includes bonuses, benefits, and travel discounts.

Qualifications

• Current/prior hotel general manager experience and/or 3+ years hotel rooms/operations and/or sales leadership experience within major brands.
• Ability to defuse distressed associates and guests to reach best outcomes.
• Display professionalism and strong written, verbal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic planning to all departments to maximize guest satisfaction and service culture.
• Champion brand reputation and exceed performance standards.
• Contribute to financial forecasts and budgets with regional teams.
• Analyze monthly P&L in collaboration with regional accounting and operations teams.
• Optimize revenues to maximize profitability across the hotel.
• Support training, coaching, and development of team members.
• Recruit top talent through creative approaches and partnerships.
• Attend weekly revenue meetings hosted by the regional revenue team.

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year

You lead with empathy, effective communication, humility, innovation, and financial focus to manage all aspects of the hotel operations. As General Manager, you cultivate team synergy to deliver the ultimate guest experience.

• Provide leadership and strategic planning to all departments in support of our service culture to maximize operations and guest satisfaction.

Basic Qualifications

• Current/prior hotel general manager experience and/or 3+ years hotel rooms/operations and/or sales leadership experience within major brands (Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, etc.).
• Ability to defuse distressed associates, guests resulting in the best outcome to the situation.
• Ability to learn systems technology.
• Displays a magnitude of professionalism, being your best-self.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills a must.
• Hospitality certifications; CHA, CHRM, CHSP, a plus.
