Job summary

COBALT EQUIPMENT is seeking a General Manager to lead a brand-new workforce housing community in Haskell, TX, supporting a major data center project. You will oversee every department on-site and serve as the face of the operation for our client.

You will supervise department leads, manage budgets and contracts, and coordinate vendor relationships while ensuring safe, efficient services for residents. On-site housing and meals are provided; salary ranges from $65K to $80K.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of site management experience in workforce housing, hospitality, facilities, or related fields.
• 3+ years supervising teams of 20+ across multiple departments.
• Experience managing client or government contracts.
• Strong financial acumen and budget management experience.
• Calm, decisive leadership and sound judgment under pressure.

Responsibilities

Lead a Brand-New Community From the Ground Up!

Cobalt Equipment is looking for an experienced General Manager to help lead a brand-new workforce housing community in Haskell, TX, supporting a major data center construction project. You'll share top-level leadership with a rotating partner, overseeing every department on-site, from housekeeping to security to maintenance, and serve as the face of the operation for our client. If you thrive on responsibility and want to build something meaningful from day one, this is the role for you.

What You'll Do

• Directly supervise all site-level department leads across the community
• Build staffing plans and manage performance across eight functional departments
• Own contract compliance, budget, and vendor relationships for the site
