Job summary

Wingstop is opening a new restaurant and seeking a General Manager to lead operations and drive results through people development, guest experience, and cost control.

You will hire, train and develop hourly team members, aiming to increase sales while upholding Wingstop standards and brand equity across all activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of restaurant management experience.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to recruit, develop and motivate team members.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.

This leader must maintain operations and drive results in his/her restaurant through people development, positive Guest experience, cost control, and sales/profit growth.
