Movement Search and Delivery is seeking a General Manager for an expanding automotive manufacturing operation in mid Michigan. This confidential growth opportunity includes relocation assistance to support a top-tier OEM-focused facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent leadership experience will be considered.
• Proven success leading a manufacturing facility as GM, Plant Manager, Operations Director, or similar role.
• Strong automotive manufacturing background, preferably supplying major OEMs.
• Experience in welded assemblies, metal fabrication, stamping, or related processes; demonstrated growth and transformation.
• Strong financial acumen including budget and P&L responsibility.
• Track record of developing leadership teams and high-performance cultures.
• Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methods.
• Excellent communication, customer relationship, and executive leadership skills.

What You Need to Succeed
