Relocation flexibility exists for other On Deck GM opportunities in St. Augustine and Lakeland, while the Gainesville role remains local. Compensation includes base and bonus potential, with room to grow into a permanent GM position.

Compensation based on experience. INITIAL TOTAL compensation in the On Deck GM role is estimated to be $80-100k+ annually base and bonus combined. Cmpensation will increase when assuming a permanent GM role.Harry's and our sister brands (Casa Reina and Whitey's Fish Camp)have location in Lakeland, Ocala, Gainesville, Tallahassee, Jacksonville area, and St. Augustine.
