As a SONIC Drive-In restaurant General Manager, you will lead your team in providing an exceptional food service experience to our customers. Your responsibilities include training and supporting employees, ensuring food is delivered in a clean, safe, and efficient manner, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Position Details: This is a full-time role with excellent benefits. Prior experience as a restaurant general manager, catering manager, operations manager, supervisor, shift lead, or restaurant assistant general manager is highly beneficial.

Requirements/Responsibilities

1. Manage, train, monitor, and coach crew/team members, carhops, and skating carhops.
2. Direct and assign tasks to ensure food service meets operational standards.
3. Ensure compliance with employee handbook, policies, and practices.
4. Perform restaurant opening and/or closing duties.
5. Prepare employee work schedules and adjust staffing as needed.
6. Monitor and maintain inventory levels; place orders within cost control procedures.
7. Maintain employment and payroll records.
8. Foster a customer service-focused environment and promptly address guest requests and complaints.
9. Interview and hire staff to ensure proper staffing levels.
10. Prepare operational reports and develop action plans for financial or sales issues.
11. Develop and implement marketing strategies.
