You will partner with the owner to drive strategic execution, optimize business software, and nurture relationships with luxury clients, estate managers, and designers.

You will steer a $5M portfolio with a team of 35 professionals, balancing field work with office operations while navigating island logistics and ferry-dependent

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of senior operational leadership experience within a landscape or construction firm.
• Experience managing a workforce of 30+ employees across office and field operations.
• Strong interpersonal and computer skills, with a proven ability to quickly master new software platforms.

The Opportunity

You will serve as an executive operational leader partnering closely with the owner to direct high-end landscape construction and estate maintenance. Operating in an exclusive island environment, you will drive operational excellence, optimize business software, and cultivate relationships with luxury residential clients. This role offers the opportunity to steer a $5M business portfolio while leading a dedicated team of 35 field and office professionals.

How You Will Make an Impact

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Direct hands-on experience using SingleOps software for bidding, scheduling, job costing, and asset tracking.
• Demonstrated expertise managing island, ferry-dependent, or remote supply chain logistics.
• Background in high-end residential exterior construction and estate maintenance management.
