The Opportunity

You will serve as a key operational leader who sees the whole property, driving high-end residential landscaping excellence both in the field and through vital office support. This role offers you the autonomy to direct fine gardening crews while managing the logistics and client interactions that keep our island projects running seamlessly. How You Will Make an Impact

• Lead, mentor, and direct daily field operations for maintenance and gardening crews across high-end residential sites.
• Conduct thorough site quality audits to ensure every project meets exacting aesthetic and horticultural standards.
• Manage daily logistics, equipment transport, and crew schedules for seamless project execution on Fishers Island.
• Troubleshoot complex field issues and communicate effectively with clients, crew members, and management.

Required Qualifications & Experience
