Description:

Insight Global is seeking a General Manager for a leading heavy equipment manufacturing client in Eugene, Oregon. This individual will serve as the senior business leader of a highly visible manufacturing site and will have full responsibility for operational performance, profitability, culture, and strategic growth initiatives. The General Manager will oversee multiple functional areas including Operations, Engineering, Quality, Safety, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Finance, Purchasing, Service, and Parts while driving alignment across the organization. This role requires a proven manufacturing executive with significant P&L ownership, experience leading large and complex operations, and the ability to build high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the business as if it were their own, identifying growth opportunities, improving operational performance, and fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
