Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a General Manager to lead daily bakery operations, inspire a high-performing team, and drive guest satisfaction.

You will oversee labor, costs, quality, safety, and community engagement while partnering with ownership to execute business strategies and grow the local brand.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in retail, restaurant, bakery, hospitality, or food service operations.
• Proven leadership experience with hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.

Responsibilities
