Our General Managers play a key role in both pre-sale and daily operations, ensuring new locations launch with strong memberships, high energy, and a thriving culture! The responsibilities will transition once he club grand opens.
What You’ll Do as a General Manager (Pre-Sale & Open Club):
️ Pre-Sale & Grand Opening Execution – Lead the charge in launching new Crunch locations by driving memberships, community outreach, and pre-sale events.
️ Sales Leadership – Build, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team to hit aggressive membership goals.
️ Team Development – Recruit, hire, and develop a top-tier staff that thrives on customer service, sales, and fitness culture.
️ Community Engagement & Brand Representation – Create buzz around Crunch by networking, forming partnerships, and making Crunch the go-to gym in town.
️ Operational Excellence – Oversee daily club operations, ensuring top-notch cleanliness, service, and execution of company policies.
️ Performance & KPI Management – Track and analyze key metrics to optimize sales, team productivity, and financial performance.
️ Lead by Example – Set the standard for energy, professionalism, and success.
What We Look For In Our General Managers
Proven Leadership & Sales Experience – A track record of successfully managing teams and exceeding sales targets in fitness or a comparable industry.
Ability to Motivate & Inspire – You know how to ignite a team’s passion and push them toward success.

Pre-Sale & Marketing Savvy – Experience in community engagement, event promotion, and driving memberships before a gym opens its doors.

Strong Organizational & Time Management Skills – Ability to juggle pre-sale operations, sales goals, and team development effectively.

Prior management experience in the fitness industry or a comparable field is REQUIRED – No Exceptions!
