Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership or management experience within boutique fitness.
• 3+ years of sales leadership or management experience, ideally within a membership-based business.
• Proven track record of driving membership sales and business growth.
• Experience generating leads through local partnerships, events, grassroots marketing, or community outreach.
• Experience leading, developing, and holding teams accountable.
• Strong understanding of KPIs, revenue goals, conversion, acquisition, and retention.
• Comfortable working with CRM, lead-management, and sales pipeline tools.
• Entrepreneurial, self-directed, and solution-oriented.
• Strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and integrity.
• Willingness to be hands-on and highly involved in a growing studio.
• Availability for peak hours, weekends, and community events as needed.
• Ability to lift 40+ lbs
• Ability to obtain CPR certification within 30 days of hire
