Job summary

OneLife Fitness is seeking a seasoned club leader in Georgia to run the facility, coach department heads, drive membership and programs, and manage budgets. You will oversee daily operations and champion a guest-focused environment that reflects our brand.

You will lead a strong team, drive revenue growth, and ensure safety compliance while delivering exceptional member experiences. This full-time role offers growth opportunities within a rapid-expanding club network and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Proven people leader with ~5+ years of management in clubs or hospitality.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Comfortable with P&L, payroll, and reporting.
• Strong sales instincts and coaching ability.
• Excellent communicator, organized, and upbeat under pressure.
• Preferred: Bachelor's in business/fitness and Pool Operator license.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, hire and develop department heads and staff.
• Hit club performance targets (membership, PT, programs) and own monthly/annual budgets.
• Create new revenue opportunities and manage expenses.
• Run daily operations: deposits, payroll, reports, and facilities upkeep.
• Spend peak hours on the sales floor/front desk, convert tours, and support high-touch member service.
• Handle member and staff issues professionally and respond to member feedback within 48 hours.
• Ensure compliance with safety, emergency, and employee standards.
