Job summary

The IHOP restaurant is seeking a General Manager who will report to the District Manager. You will supervise restaurant employees and manage front and back of house operations with a strong focus on profitability, safety, sanitation, and sales growth while upholding IHOP's standards of quality and service.

You will also be responsible for developing managers and team members, and you must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and late nights as is common in restaurant

Qualifications

• Experience leading restaurant teams and managing daily operations.
• Strong focus on profitability, safety, sanitation and service quality.
• Ability to develop and mentor managers and staff.

The IHOP Restaurant General Manager reports directly to the District Manager.

The primary responsibilities of the General Manager include directly supervising the restaurant employees, and managing operations in the front and back of the house with a high concentration on profitability, safety, sanitation, and sales growth, while constantly maintaining IHOP's standards of quality and service.

Responsibilities also include developing managers and team members.

Managers must be able to work a flexible schedule, which includes weekends, holidays, and late nights. The majority of our business is on weekends and holidays.
