As General Manager, you will provide leadership, supervision, and oversight across all company operations. You will act as a key client interface, problem solver and mentor to personnel, guiding both new and existing team members toward peak performance. - This role is responsible for overall company effectiveness and profitability, developing and executing strategic plans to optimize productivity, improve organizational processes, and implement innovative changes. You will cultivate a highly motivational work environment, ensure adherence to company standards for excellence and quality, and play a central role in shaping the future of the organization.
