Firehouse Subs in College Station, TX is seeking a General Manager to lead operations, ensure guest service, food quality, and store cleanliness.

You will recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, manage costs and profitability, and foster a positive, safety-conscious culture while engaging with the local community.

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Availability for full-time including weekends and holidays.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to stand up to 13 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
