Location: Clarksville, MD

Salary: $50,000 per year + bonuses and commission on sales

Mon-Thurs: 10am-7pm

Fri: 8am-Noon

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager to oversee the successful operations and financial accountability of our Stretch Zone studio. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring our clients receive the highest quality of care. You will also meet with prospective clients to showcase our innovative methods and tailor programs to their individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the studio, ensuring a smooth and efficient environment.
• Meet with prospects to demonstrate our stretching techniques and present tailored programs.
• Supervise and support all staff members, fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.
• Provide leadership and direction to all direct reports, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Maintain financial accountability for the studio, tracking sales and performance metrics.
• Ensure exemplary customer service is delivered consistently to all clients.
• Conduct regular training and development sessions for staff to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve overall performance.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in management, preferably in the wellness or fitness industry.
• Degree in Exercise Science or related degree preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
