Qualifications

• Minimum of ten (10) years full-time management experience in residential HVAC.
• Knowledge of residential HVAC methods, techniques & systems, as well as codes.
• Professional degree preferably in Construction Management or equivalent.
• Willingness to grow operationally and professionally.
• History of building high-performing teams and strong leadership to gain buy-in.
• Willingness to take on new tasks with a can-do attitude.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production from executive interfaces, finance, field operations, safety & project management, and retention.
• Oversee successful execution of all Plumbing & HVAC service.
• Provide oversight to ensure managers are on track and within budget.
• Mentor recruiting, interviewing, selecting, orientating, training, coaching and disciplining of the operations team.
• Champion development and continuous improvement of organizational practices and tools.
• Collaborate with Ownership on long- & short-term growth plans.
• Drive safety, quality and profitability to meet or exceed company objectives.
• Provide timely, accurate reports on operating condition to Ownership.
• Act as a strategic partner within sales, service, installation and operations.
• Work autonomously while meeting Ownership expectations.

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategic growth and operational excellence of the company. This role demands a visionary leader with a proven track record in expanding market presence, increasing revenue, and enhancing profitability.

The General Manager will provide leadership, and vision to our team of high-performing Technicians.

Our ideal candidate has extensive residential Plumbing & HVAC experience, ideally having worked their way up through the ranks into a management role. Requirements

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten (10) years, verifiable full- time management experience in residential HVAC
• Working knowledge of residential HVAC methods, techniques & systems; as well as codes
• Professional degree preferably in Construction Management or equivalent desired but not required
• Must embrace being constantly challenged to grow and improve operationally and professionally
• Passion for and prior successful history of building high performing teams
• Strong Leadership skills with ability to build consensus and gain buy-in
• Demonstrate a willingness to take on new tasks with a general attitude that no task is too small or large, impossible, or cannot be improved
• Valid Driver's License
