Job summary

Massage Envy, a PCRK Group company, is seeking a General Manager in Cedar Hill, TX to lead with heart and manage with purpose in a fast-paced wellness environment. You will develop high-performing teams, inspire exceptional guest experiences, and drive sales and member growth.

You will model core values, coach staff, and ensure operational excellence while fostering a people-first culture that empowers the team and delights clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in spa, fitness, retail or hospitality
• Wellness-focused environment experience preferred
• Strong communication and motivational leadership
• Ability to interpret business metrics to drive decisions
• Organized, proactive and thrives in a fast-paced setting

What You’ll Do as General Manager:

Requirements

• A proven leader with 3+ years of management experience (spa, fitness, retail, or hospitality experience a plus).

• Skilled at interpreting business metrics and using them to drive smart decisions.
