The Company

The Candidate
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee and optimize the operational performance of our residential property(ies). The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in hospitality, driving operational efficiency, and fostering strong relationships with tenants, staff, and vendors.


Operational Excellence:
  1. Develop and implement effective operational strategies to maximize property performance and tenant satisfaction.
  2. Oversee daily operations, including maintenance, leasing, and property inspections.
  3. Ensure compliance with all relevant leasing regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
  4. Oversee all aspects of the resident life cycle, from move-in to move-out.
  5. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  6. Respond promptly and professionally to resident inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely resolutions.
  7. Identify cost-saving opportunities with our existing vendors.
  8. Monitor expenses to ensure profitability.
  9. Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants.
  10. Address tenant concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  11. Responsible for all Insperity functions to include payroll, PTO, and vacation requests.
  12. Oversee work and programming schedules for all properties.
  13. Ensure invoices are processed in a timely manner.
  14. Complete Security Deposit Administration and Write Off Management.
  15. Conduct regular inspections of property(ies) to identify and address any maintenance issues promptly.

Candidate Qualifications and Experience:
  1. 5 years working in Hospitality in a leadership role.
  2. Working knowledge of local and federal laws including Fair Housing and Landlord Tenant Laws.
  3. Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
  4. A professional and polished personal presence necessary, exhibiting discretion and integrity.
  5. Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.
  6. Strong organizational and planning skills.
  7. Willingness to work long hours and weekends when necessary.
  8. Local Southern California Candidates Preferred
