Job description

New U Therapy Center & Family Services is currently seeking CA licensed Psychiatrists and Psychiatrist Supervisors to join our well-established multidisciplinary clinic. Our friendly private practice-like offices are located in Valencia, Westlake Village, and Torrance, CA, and we provide telehealth services across the state of CA.

All services can be provided in-office or via telepsychiatry. Office hours, including support staff, are available between 9am and 6pm PST (hours can be adjusted as needed). We encourage a fully virtual setup from your home office. The schedule is very flexible, and we will work with your preferred hours, speed, and caseload.

We are a well-established behavioral health organization rooted in group private practice. Our team includes psychiatrists, psychiatric NPs, therapists, psychologists, and social workers. We pride ourselves on fostering a supportive work environment with a strong psychiatric community and culture within the clinic.

New U provides comprehensive support regarding marketing, scheduling, billing, and patient acquisition. We handle medical records management and support for record requests. Our goal is to allow providers to focus on client care and documentation, leaving administrative tasks to our team.

Child and adolescent psychiatry experience, as well as Suboxone/Vivitrol certification, is a plus.

Additional Payment: $1000/month if duties include:

• Providing monthly supervision to 4 nurse practitioners
• Answering clinical consultation questions via email and phone
