Basic Responsibilities

• Ensuring Safety & Profitability while adhering to SHG Business Plan.
• Producing Manager Schedules, Requests/Punches & Approvals.
• Submit Daily & Weekly Deposits, Payroll & Safe Accountability & Audits.
• Working with the Kitchen Dept Manager on these Initiatives: Food Safety Checks & Calibrations, Operating Supply Inventory & Ordering, Monitor Kitchen Operational Metrics and Targets.
• Work with the Guest Service Manager on these Initiatives: Hospitality Standards & Overall Guest Satisfaction, POP and Signage, Monitor Operational Metrics and Targets.
• Work with the People Department Manager on these Initiatives: Ongoing Team Training, Team Promotions, Recognition & Turnover, Team Schedules.
• The General Manager will report directly to the Owner/Operator.

Qualifications

• McDonald’s Managerial experience, or other quick service restaurant equivalent.
• Bilingual, with a strong ability to speak, read, and write in both English and Spanish is a Major plus.
• Basic knowledge and application of computer skills.
• The General Manager should be available to work an average of 45-48 hours a week. Includes a mix of dayparts to address restaurant needs, 2 Sundays, 2 Fridays, 2 Closings.
