Job summary

Crunch Fitness is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-performing team at our brick-and-mortar club in New Jersey. You will motivate staff, coach performance, and balance sales with exceptional member experiences to hit club targets.

Responsibilities include promoting company programs, ensuring knowledge of programs and equipment, and fostering a welcoming, professional atmosphere that drives retention and new memberships. In-person role with base plus bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience managing a fitness team.
• Hands-on, people-first leadership style.
• Ability to balance sales, development, and member satisfaction.

• Compensation: Range $55k-85K+ (Includes base and all bonus/comission opportunities)
