Job summary

Crunch Fitness in Monroe, LA is seeking a General Manager to lead our team on-site, drive sales, and deliver a best-in-class member experience. This full-time role requires at least 1 year of fitness leadership, hands-on management, and a passion for people.

You will motivate staff, ensure staff know programs and equipment, execute company promotions to grow membership, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere with 8-hour day shifts.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience managing a fitness team.
• Proven leadership skills with a hands-on, people-first approach.
• Ability to balance sales performance, team development, and member satisfaction.
