Job summary

Crunch Fitness in New Jersey is seeking a results-driven Club General Manager to lead a high-performing team and accelerate revenue growth through new memberships, renewals, and corporate partnerships.

You will hire, coach, and develop a 7–10 person sales team, lead local outreach initiatives, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in line with Crunch’s No Judgments culture. This is a fast-paced, growth-focused role with advancement opportunities and a competitive compensation package.
