Job summary

Crunch Fitness in Michigan is seeking an amazing General Manager to lead a high-performing team, drive sales and deliver exceptional member experiences. This in-person role offers opportunities to grow with a fast-growing fitness brand and to shape the club's culture.

You will develop staff knowledge of programs, amenities, and equipment, foster a welcoming atmosphere, and execute promotions to grow memberships.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience managing a fitness team.
• Proven leadership skills with a hands-on, people-first approach.
• Ability to balance sales performance, team development, and member satisfaction.
