Job summary

PEC Management, the area's largest Burger King Franchisee, seeks a General Manager to lead our team and drive an exceptional customer experience. You will oversee staff performance, training and coaching, and manage restaurant operations to meet sales and profitability targets.

In this role you will direct food and labor planning, implement marketing programs, and ensure daily controls are in place. Growth opportunities and competitive benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Four or more years in a management or supervisory capacity in a restaurant or the retail/hospitality industry.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule.
• Requires one to lift 30 to 50 pounds.
• Requires you to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists.
