PEC Management, the area's largest Burger King Franchisee, seeks a General Manager to lead our team in Greensburg, IN. You will drive sales, coach staff, and ensure operational excellence to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

As a Restaurant General Manager, you will manage your team, meet financial goals, maintain retention, and implement all systems efficiently to support growth and service standards.

Qualifications

• Four or more years in a management or supervisory capacity in a restaurant or retail/hospitality.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Willingness to operate in a fast-paced environment and work as a team.
• Able to lift 30–50 pounds.
