PEC Management's Burger King franchise is seeking a General Manager to lead our restaurant team and uphold guest experience standards. You will oversee daily operations, drive sales, and ensure adherence to brand guidelines in a fast-paced setting.

As a General Manager, you will develop employees, manage financials, and execute training and marketing programs to sustain growth and guest satisfaction. Competitive wages and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualificações

• Four or more years in a management or supervisory capacity in a restaurant or the retail/hospitality industry.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule.
• Requires one to lift 30 to 50 pounds.
• Requires you to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists.
