The General Manager is a high‑energy operations executive responsible for day‑to‑day plant operations and overarching strategic initiatives. The role focuses on optimizing operations with oversight of manufacturing, production, maintenance, supply chain, regulatory, and safety functions. The General Manager partners strategically with the CEO and works cross‑functionally with the executive team to achieve financial growth and business goals.

The successful candidate has a demonstrated history of driving growth and success in a build‑products manufacturing environment, implementing processes and procedures, and leading optimization efforts.
