Locals Automotive Repair in Austin, TX seeks a General Manager to run a high-volume shop with a startup mindset. You’ll own the store’s P&L, lead advisors and technicians, and drive service, sales, and profits while delivering same-day service.

We welcome leaders from automotive or other fast-paced sectors. You’ll hire and train a team, implement digital inspections and tight standards, and manage a five-day week with Saturdays as our busiest day; growth opportunities are strong as new locations

Full-time | On-site | $75,000–$100,000 base + bonus | $120,000–$165,000+ OTE

Locals Automotive Repair is growing across the Austin area. We're doing it like a startup: fast, deliberately, and by betting on great leaders.
