Job summary

Locals Automotive Repair in Austin, TX is hiring a Service Advisor for a full-time, on-site role. Base salary ranges from $50,000 to $75,000, with uncapped commission. Top performers earn $100K+ per year.

Service Advisor – Locals Automotive Repair (Austin, TX)

Full-time | On-site | $50,000–$75,000 base + uncapped commission | Top performers earn $100K+

UP TO $75K BASE. COMMISSION WITH NO CEILING.

Most shops make you choose between a safe salary and real upside. We give you both: a base of up to $75K, plus commission that grows as you sell and never caps out. Our top performers earn $100K+.

Already an advisor? Bring your numbers. Your rate goes up as your sales go up, the bays are staffed to finish what you sell, and you'll have tools most shops don't offer.

New to automotive? If you've sold cars, phones, gym memberships, or anything else, or you've run a front desk or a restaurant floor, you already have the hard part: you earn trust and close. We'll teach you the cars, the inspections, and the system.

HOW THE PAY WORKS

• Base salary of $50,000–$75,000, depending on experience
• Commission: 1% of sales at $40K a month, 1.5% at $50K, and 2% at $60K and up
• No cap. Top performers earn $100K+ a year.
