SONIC is seeking a General Manager to oversee restaurant operations, ensuring quality food, safety, cleanliness, and an exceptional guest experience. You will lead a team, manage staffing, and uphold SONIC’s fast-paced culture.

You will hire, train, and develop staff, manage labor and inventory, and drive local store marketing to spark moments of delightful possibility for customers while delivering strong results and growth opportunities for the team.

Qualifications

• Three years of restaurant management experience; QSR highly preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Strong leadership, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
