Job summary

SONSRI USA Sonic Operating Company is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations, ensuring quality food, cleanliness, safety, and efficiency. You will recruit, train, and develop your team while driving guest satisfaction and a positive store image.

You will also handle local marketing efforts and create a welcoming environment for customers, ensuring consistent, high-quality experiences across shifts.

Qualifications

• Three years of prior restaurant management experience; QSR highly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations to ensure quality food, cleanliness, safety, and efficiency.
• Hire, train, and develop your team to deliver great guest experiences.
• Oversee local store marketing and community engagement to drive traffic.
