Job summary

Trulieve in Georgia is seeking a General Manager to lead store personnel, manage inventory, drive sales, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will oversee scheduling and training for a team of 40+ employees, maintain brand standards, handle patient issues, and collaborate with business partners to optimize daily operations. This role requires strong leadership, cash handling, and confidentiality in a fast-paced retail dispensary environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; four years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service
• Must have prior cash handling experience
• Must possess the ability to train, develop and evaluate a team of 40+ employees
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff; ability to uphold confidentiality and discretion
• Able to communicate in conversational English to work effectively with customers and team members, operate electronic equipment, and follow safety procedures

ROLESUMMARY
